Here's a sample video from the Communication and Conflict youtube channel: Why Using I-statements Helps to Create More Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution!

Behavioral or interpretive

When talking about I statements responding to a behavorial statement You respond with I feel .... what is the difference when dealing with interpretive statement?

Hi there

I'm not sure I understand the question at present, can you give me an example of what you mean by the two types of statement, behavioural and interpretive?

Thanks

Alan
