CAOS London Mediation Training Course

So, here are the videos about the mediation process, and about the role of the mediator and training to become a Mediator.

Please make any comments below or on the youtube video(s) themselves if you transfer to youtube to watch them.

The London Mediation Training course is a 6-day course spread over 2 x 3-day sessions which uses an experiential training approach to learning the skills involving individual, pair, group work as well as role plays. The focus is on continuous reflective learning and improvement so that this approach can be continued beyond the course and so that the course is not seen as the 'end point' but the starting point of the journey of continuous learning and development that is being a Mediator.

CAOS also has a 'Learning Community of Mediators and Conflict Coaches' which come together via Skype for peer support sessions once a month. Individual mentoring and support for both mediation practice and mediation business development is also available post-training.
